Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. We will NOT be printing special characters or emoji's typed in team name and player name text fields.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at orders@houseofscreens.com within 24 hours from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

All orders are shipped in 8-10 working days ( Monday-Friday) from our manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh. All products are made from scratch upon receiving the order which requires 4-5 working days.

We are not responsible for incorrect mobile number or address. Your order will be returned to us if the mobile number and/or the address with pincode are incorrect. In which case, we will attempt to reship your product with an additional fee.

All jerseys should be washed ASAP after wearing to avoid bleeding that may occur when perspiration or dampness is left in the jersey.

Wash each jersey separately. Do not wash a red jersey with a grey jersey
