• PLEASE MEASURE YOUR KID'S CHEST AND WAIST and order accordingly. We DO NOT have return or exchange policy since everything is custom made.
• ALL measurements are in INCHES and CHEST is NOT half chest, it is FULL chest. All around your kid's chest. Same with WAIST for shorts.
• PLEASE NOTE - All kids are of different sizes, weights and different heights , sometimes even at the same age some are taller than others. It is VERY important to check the JERSEY LENGTH and SHORT LENGHT before ordering. 
• All sizes are standard for Indian Kids.

• We will NOT be printing special characters or emoji's in team name and player name text fields.
• We will not be able to print any logos for individual orders.
• We can print college/team logo only for team order above 5 kits or 10 tops.
• We will not be printing any copyrighted logos of other brands.
• We will not be making any basketball jersey in Round neck. By default , all basketball jerseys are V neck irrespective of the images shown.
• We will not be able to remove our branding. All our products go out with our branding.
• Please reach us on whatsapp directly for order above 10 kits or 20 tops.
• We will not be able to change shipping address after the product is shipped.
• Due to various public holidays and festival holidays, order may get delayed more than the mentioned dates. Please allow us time to make your products awesome as they are custom made.
• We are not responsible for delay in delivery caused by the shipping company. However, we will assist you in any way possible.

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. We will NOT be printing special characters or emoji's typed in team name and player name text fields.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at orders@houseofscreens.com within 24 hours from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

All orders are shipped in 8-10 working days ( Monday-Friday) from our manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh. All products are made from scratch upon receiving the order which requires 4-5 working days.

We are not responsible for incorrect mobile number or address. Your order will be returned to us if the mobile number and/or the address with pincode are incorrect. In which case, we will attempt to reship your product with an additional fee.

All jerseys should be washed ASAP after wearing to avoid bleeding that may occur when perspiration or dampness is left in the jersey.

Prevent from sitting wet in a washer of water or in the bottom of a washer

Wash each jersey separately. Do not wash a red jersey with a grey jersey

• Hang to dry on a plastic hanger
